Testimonials
Excellent course. One of the best courses I have taken. I can’t see how it can be improved any more.
– S. Jahshan Nadar, DDS
Any personal success can be attributed to your own successful blend of the coercive / authoritative / affiliative / democratic / pacesetting / coaching leadership styles. Your class is indeed a pleasure, and I look forward to more of the same in 2010.
– Mischa Armin
Linda was a great speaker and instructor. She truly knows her course materials, i.e. made it fun, interesting and easy to learn and remember. This is one of the best courses I’ve ever been to, even though it was 9 months long. I truly enjoyed it! Thanks, Linda!
– Wendy Ng

Course Synopsis
This program has been designed to assist any member of the dental team with the tools required to understand and implement proven strategies for operational effectiveness and real life business principles specifically for dentistry.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will receive a certificate in Dental Practice Management from the University of Toronto.
Dental Practice Management and the business aspect of dentistry has become one of the biggest challenges in the past five years. With increasing demand on the dentist to keep up with current research, new materials, and the management of a service business, the need for organized systems and administration is fundamental in modern practice success. There are 44 systems needed to operate a functional dental practice. All systems are interrelated; if one of the systems is weak then the entire process breaks down.
