Course Synopsis
An empowered and highly motivated “Team” is the key to a successful practice. The average dental team only accesses 10% - 15% of its potential. Imagine a team who has maximized their potential and perform at optimal levels. They are a cooperative, cohesive group who are working towards a common vision. We are better together combining strengths than working alone.

Registration: 8:30 a.m.
Friday Course: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Two weeks prior to course date – 100% refund. One week prior to course date – 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations after one week prior to course date.

Biography
Lisa Philp is the President of Transitions Group North America, a full service coaching company for dentistry. She graduated from East Tennessee State University as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1987. Her career began with clinical hygiene in United States and Canada to the creation of a periodontal disease management program in which she coached thousands of dental professionals. She is currently a leader, author, and coach and highly sought after North American speaker.
Lisa is committed to being an eternal student in the areas of personal growth, leadership, change management, human capital potential, adult learning, advanced training techniques and communication skills. Her mission is to make dentistry simple and fun allowing dental professionals to achieve personal and professional fulfillment in the workplace.
As a leader and business owner over the past decade, Lisa has built a results-driven North American coaching company that partners with their clients. From an assessment using a proprietary software program that objectively analyzes the performance of future potential and maps out a unique plan for customized coaching programs yielding a return on investment.
As a coach, she has personally coached over 1200 dental teams; she has been instrumental in the creation and development of customized client programs for: business owners, leaders, teams, hygiene departments and case presentation. All approved under the PACE Program by the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a certified effectiveness trainer, certified facilitator in Integrity Selling, a Certified Management Consultant and has been recognized in the National Register's Who's Who in Canadian Dentistry. As a speaker, Lisa is an authentic and engaging communicator. She shares her passion for dentistry while combining practical application with real life solutions. She has delivered key note addresses at annual meetings, hundreds of seminars across the continent for study clubs, laboratories and professional associations. She is a master trainer for industry companies, group practice corporations, and conventions. Lisa also guest lectures at dental schools and is responsible for the practice management curriculum at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry.
As an author, Lisa has been published in multiple leading dental publications and is a contributing author to Power Practice Volume 1 and 2. She serves on the board of the Dental Industry of Canada and is a member of NSA (National Speaker’s Association) and CAPS (Canadian Association of Public Speakers).
